The Olympic Games
This year the world will be having the Olympic Games. This happens every four years. Champion athletes from all around the world will be going to London to compete in many events. Today we talked about the Olympic Flame. The Olympic flame is a symbol of the Olympic Games. The first Olympic Games were held in Ancient Greece. These days an Olympic Torch is lit from the Olympic Flame in Greece and carried to the place where the Olympics will be held in a special torch relay. We made our own Olympic Torches.
